We inform you that this website https://www.centrocanalejas.es (hereinafter, the “Website”) is owned by CENTRO CANALEJAS MADRID, S.L.U, (hereinafter, “CCM” ) with C.I.F B-86092145, and registered office at Calle de Sevilla 6, 3ª planta, 28014, Madrid, registered in the Mercantile Register of Madrid.
Access and/or use of the Website confers the condition of user, and accepts, from said access and/or use, this Legal Notice.

2. Use of the Website
The User assumes responsibility for the use of the Website. The Website may provide access to a multitude of texts, graphics, drawings, designs, photographs, multimedia content and information (hereinafter, “Content”) belonging to CCM or to third parties to which the User may have access.
The User undertakes to make appropriate use of the Contents and services offered through the Website and, by way of example, but not limited to, not to use them for:
- Engaging in activities that are illicit, illegal or contrary to good faith and public order.
- Cause damage to the physical and logical systems of the Website, its suppliers or third parties.
- Introduce or disseminate computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may cause the aforementioned damage.

- Impede the normal development of the Website or any of its functionalities, either by altering or attempting to alter, illegally or in any other way, the access, participation or operation of the same, or by falsifying the result of the same and/or using fraudulent participation methods, by any procedure, and/or through any practice that violates or infringes this legal notice.
CCM warns that the materials contained in this Web Site have been included for information purposes only and are therefore insufficient to make decisions or assume positions in a specific case.
The User should be aware that the materials contained in this Website may not reflect the most recent legislative or jurisprudential status on the issues analyzed. Likewise, these materials may be modified, developed or updated without prior notice.
CCM shall have the right to investigate and report any of the aforementioned conducts in accordance with the Law, as well as to cooperate with the authorities in the investigation of such actions.
CCM may temporarily suspend, without prior notice, access to the Website for maintenance, repair, updating or improvement operations. However, whenever circumstances allow it, CCM will inform the User, with sufficient notice, of the planned date for the suspension of services. CCM is not responsible for the use that Users may make of the Contents included in the Website.
3. Intellectual and Industrial Property
Each and every one of the intellectual property rights over the content and graphic design of this Website (including, but not limited to, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.) are the exclusive property of CCM or of a third party that CCM has authorised its use. Therefore, CCM has the exclusive right to exploit said contents and graphic design.
Therefore, by virtue of the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of 12 April, approving the Revised Text of the Intellectual Property Law, and Law 17/2001, of 7 December, on Trademarks, as well as any other complementary legislation on intellectual and industrial property, the reproduction, transmission, adaptation, translation, distribution or public communication, including making available or any other form of commercial exploitation and/or modification of all or part of the content of the Website is prohibited, unless prior and express authorisation of CCM.
CCM does not grant any licence or authorisation to use any of its intellectual and industrial property rights or any other property or right related to the Website and/or the services or contents thereof.
The User undertakes to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights owned by CCM. In this sense, the reproduction and temporary storage of the contents of the Website is permitted as long as it is strictly necessary for the use and visualisation of the Website from a computer/Tablet or personal telephone.

5. Responsibility and Guarantees
CCM, declares that it has adopted all the necessary measures, within possibilities and taking into account the current state of technology, to allow the correct functioning and the absence of viruses and harmful components in its Website.
However, CCM cannot be held responsible for:

- The presence of errors in said content or the failure to correct any defects that may exist.
- The veracity, integrity or updating of the data provided by Users.
- The interruption of the operation of the Website or computer failures, telephone breakdowns, disconnections, delays or blockages caused by deficiencies or overloads in the telephone lines, data centres, in the Internet system or in other electronic systems, produced in the course of its operation.

CCM assumes no responsibility for the links to other applications or websites found in the CCM Website, and may direct the User to other applications or websites over which CCM has no control whatsoever.

8. Safeguarding and interpretation
This Legal Notice constitutes an agreement between each User and CCM.
If the competent authority declares a provision to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, such a declaration with respect to one or more clauses shall be without prejudice to the validity of the other clauses.
The fact that CCM does not require strict compliance with any of the provisions of this Legal Notice does not constitute nor can it be interpreted in any way as a waiver on its part to require strict compliance in the future.
9. General Information
CCM will pursue the breach of this Legal Notice, as well as any improper use of its portal, exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond to it by law.
Additionally, CCM declares that it has adopted all the necessary measures, within its possibilities and the state of the art, to guarantee the functioning of the Website and to reduce system errors to a minimum, both from a technical point of view and in terms of the contents published on the Website.
CCM shall not be liable for causes beyond its control, including but not limited to: force majeure, technological problems beyond the diligent and reasonable management of CCM, actions or omissions of third parties, etc. In all the aforementioned cases, beyond the control and due diligence of CCM, CCM shall not be liable to compensate the User for damages or losses, to the extent permitted by the legislation in force.
